Tax & Shipping: Sales tax required for NC residents. Orders are shipped UPS unless specified otherwise. Most unfinished products from our catalog will ship within 48 hours from receipt of order. Finished or custom products will normally ship within 30-90 days.
Returns: Unfinished products can be returned within 30 days if they have not been altered. All finished and custom work is non-refundable. Prices are subject to change.
Check or Money Order: We will gladly accept your personal check or company check made out to Morgan Reptile Replicas, provided your name and address has been printed (not hand-written) on the check. In the event that your check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, a $20.00 (twenty dollar) processing fee will be charged and all future orders will be cash only. Money orders should be made payable to Morgan Reptile Replicas. We also accept purchase orders.
Credit Card: We accept most major credit cards. Please make sure you clearly state or print your card number and expiration date. Also, include a phone number where you can be reached during the day. All credit card orders must be authorized. If authorization is denied for credit excess or you have given us the wrong number and we must call you, a $2.00 charge will be assessed.
C.O.D.: We do not ship COD.
